Will Fema pay for my engine lockin up during hurricane IKE?

My car ran good until After the hurricane. Iwent out to start it after the hurricane to get supplies and it wouldnt start. I had it towed yesterday and they said the engine locked up. Does any one know if that was cause by the hurricane and will FEMA reimburse me?

Call your auto insurance company first. I wouldn’t count on FEMA for much. My brother is in Houston and he still has no power. Good Luck to you!
