Cool map.
Given the frequency of earthquakes in some places, even I can predict that there will be some quakes in Southern California tomorrow – almost certainly too small for people to even notice, though. The data certainly can tell you where to live to either experience or avoid earthquakes, but not much else.
But no one can actually predict a specific size or location for an earthquake. The only thing you might get is a statement of probability that some quake, of such and such a size, may occur within the next N years.
