I am looking specifically for maps that illustrate the the extent of faulting (the area of the fault on which slip occurred) for the following historical Earth quakes:
1.1906 San Francisco earthquake
2. The 1857 Fort Tejon earthquake
3. The 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake
4. The 1992 Landers earthquake
5. The 1994 Northridge earthquake
THANKS!

Start with the source below:
You may have to dig for what you want. And I am not sure that all had surface expressions as breaks. In Loma Prieta I think the slip was subterranean and the surface expression is a dome.
