What would happen if a tornado passed directly through a really really tall building?

Tornado
Suppose the building is really tall, like Sears Tower tall. Would the building get ripped off it’s foundation? Would the tornado dissipate? Or would it simply blow out all the windows?

If a tornado is powerful enough (EF 4 or 5), it can demolish anything. Tornadoes come down from the sky so they are taller than the tallest building so height has nothing to do with it. If an EF 5 tornado went through the sears tower, it would rip it apart. It would pick up vehicles and throw them everywhere.
