Here we are prone to hurricanes, and tornadoes, though I’ve only ever heard of them out away from the city, in industrial areas and farm areas.

Nothing really.
I live in Liverpool and we get a lot of rain, but not enough to make it flood. Just an uninteresting amount. But that’s good because I am terrified of hurricanes.
