I am teaching students about tornadoes. I need some kinds of activity that will show them the conditions (temperature and humidity) of a tornado. Any ideas?

Here are two websites that can get you started. The first one at the bottom has a section of activities that you can possibly do. You should specify what age group so people helping you can decide what would be appropriate to show you.

hi! i think that u could have several models of small buildings or structures & show the way tornadoes of different forces r threats to those buildings. for instance, a brick building may be destroyed by a f4 tornado but not an f5. here is a site i used the other day when we were in tornado watch, it has lotsa useful info. good luck! love, terri
