I don’t know what your under right now; no idea where you live.
Anyway,
A tornado watch means theres a slight chance for tornadoes hitting your county. A warning means there has been a tornado spotted in your county, or your at an extremely high risk of having one hit you, and you should take cover in a strong building, on the lowest level there is.
HTH’s!

A watch means one has not been seen. A WArning means a tornado has been seen. Finally, since I don’t know where you live I have no freaking idea which you are under you dumbass.

To put it plain and simple,
WATCH – Bad weather is going to occur. (Just like it sounds.)
WARNING – Bad weather is already occuring.

A tornado watch means that conditions are conducive for the development of a tornado(s) within the area where the watch has been issued but no tornado(s) have been either spotted or indicated on weather radar yet. Tornado watches are usually issued for a region covering a number of counties at at time.
A tornado warning means that a tornado or at least some rotation has been spotted or that radar is indicating the presence of a tornado by something known as a "hook echo". Tornado warnings are usually issued by county.
If you’re not sure about whether you are under a watch or warning, go to http://www.weather.com and put in your zip code and it should indicate whether your county is under a watch or warning.

A tornado watch means that the conditions are RIGHT for a tornado to occur. A tornado warning means that a tornado has been sighted and / or been indicated by radar. I have studied tornadoes for 6 1/2 years. Hope my "wisdom" helped you.

A tornado watch is issued when there are heavy storms and the weather agency thinks that there could possibly be a tornado to form.
A tonado warning is when there is an actual tornado that has made contact with the ground.

A Watch is conditions are right for supercellular thunderstorms to form and then perhaps mature into Tornado makers.
A Warning is dopplar indicated rotation. Note this doesn’t mean one is on the ground ( though it may very well be) but it is very possible there may be one soon. (In oklahoma it means go out and look at it)

i don’t now where that is but if you flip to channel 78 or 29 and they’ll update you on any sever weather every 8 minutes and a tornado watch is when the conditions are favorable inside the box. a tornado warning is when the storm is in your county and you need to seek shelter immediately.
