pease please please!! im so confused–how do they monitor mount pinatubo?
what tools or things do scientists use to warn them about more volcanic eruptions and earthquakes? specifically on mount pinatubo?

I hope this helps but it is my understanding that seismologists can track earthquake activity with GPS because of plate tectonics are constanly on the move.
