What does ERT stand for in regard to earthquakes?

we have a test coming up and i dont know what this means. this was the question "What are the basic steps of the elastic rebound model? What does ERT mean with respect to our
understanding of earthquakes?" i dont know the first part either.

ERT – Emergency Response Team/Time
Elastic Rebound –
As stored energy builds up in rock, suddenly, the resistance caused by internal friction that holds rocks together is overcome. Rocks slip at the weakest point – the focus of the earthquake.
There is a tendency for deformed rock along a fault to spring back after anearthquake, this is called elastic rebound.
