Wood Anderson seismic meter was first used by Mr Charless Richter. Now modern broad band digital seismic meters are available. It can record the earthquakes as far as about 11000 k/m.But What is the use. I have issued the warning 2 hours before Tsunami struck our coast with the use of my earthquake alarm that was designed by me in the year 2001 itself. This instrument was certified by the connected department as useless. But those who are having millions of dollars instruments failed to issue the warning in time.
