Related to our recent 5.4 Earthquake… what do you think about any upcoming future earthquakes in California?

California will always have quakes, the San Andreas Fault guarantees it. In fact, they are still going on right now, but are too low in magnitude for you to physically feel them. So in the immediate future don’t expect them to be as large as the one yesterday (that was the major stress relief, now it’s just settling down from that).
As to predicting future earthquakes, the USGS has a great podcast that explains what they do:

You will get only same magnitude or lessor than that for another minimum 10 years.
