   9 out of 10, everything looks good.

   Not sure about the choice T-tar, or Avalanche, but I see the potential.

   Milotic needs some change though, try this;

   Milotic @ Leftovers
   Bold, 252 Def/106 Sp.Atk/84 HP/56 Sp.Def/12 Spd
   Surf
   Ice Beam
   Mirror Coat/Hidden Power: [Electric]
   Recover

   Recover is way more reliable, and always a 1st choice. Surf for STAB while Ice Beam is there for Grass types and Dragons. Since you’ve got Ice Beam, Dragon Pulse is redundant and worthless. Mirror Coat to help spring a surprise on Special Sweepers and Hidden Power [Electric] to take on Gyarados.

   T-tar also has some different choices, but it’s fine how it is.

   Tyranitar @ Choice Band
   Adamant, 252 Atk/252 Spd/6 HP
   Crunch
   Stone Edge
   Earthquake
   Focus Punch/Ice Fang

   Focus Punch is always a hard-hitter on choice sets, but without a sub to back it up requires some prediction. Ice Fang is a bit more reliable, but there’s little difference.

   Aside from those changes there’s really nothing else that could be changed. Great team.

   Swap Milotic to

   move 1: Surf
   move 2: Ice Beam
   move 3: Recover
   move 4: Hypnosis
   item: Leftovers

   I’d swap Leech Seed with Stone Edge on your Torterra

   I prefer Dragon Dance on T-Tar over Avalanche. Another option is Pursuit, since chances are a smart player would swap to something more defensive.

   And I’d swap Skarm with Gengar or Porygon

   Torterra is a bad choice i had him in my previous team and hes a big let down even if you Ev train it, other than that it looks pretty strong! 8/10

   I’d say pretty good just try adding some plates.

   This is my Diamond team with their best move and item:

   Roserade lvl 100 @ grass plate
   -Giga drain
   Infernape lvl 100 @ flame plate
   -Close Combat
   Dialga lvl 100 @ adamant orb
   -Draco Meteor
   Weavile lvl 100 @ dark plate
   -Fling (I have hard stones)
   Staraptor lvl 100 @ Sky Plate
   -Brave Bird
   Golduck lvl 100 @ Splash Plate
   -Surf

   replace torterra with skarmory and for skarmory use the moves:Drill peck, Aerial ace, Stone edge, Roost

   other then torterra you team is good and replace the porygon-z with blissey
