		<description>Well both places are very nice to live but  either can be a pain in the butt.  Well you got your choices, in Florida, the have a lot of thunderstorms. Florida has the most  lightning strikes then any other state.  Florida also has hurricanes and tornadoes.  With a hurricane coming you may have to evacuate.  With a hurricane you will have to deal with high winds and flooding. 

California- well as you may know they have earthquakes which are unpredictable.  You will also have to deal with wild fires.  California also has mud slides in some areas.  

In both cases your sure to run into a disaster if you lived long enough in an area.  Personally, if I had to move to either state I would choose Florida.</description>
