Nashville/Gulf Disaster Relief?

I was wondering if anyone knows how to go about getting a job doing disaster relief in either Nashville or the Gulf. My boyfriend worked disaster relief after Katrina and he was interested in doing the same now. Any ideas?

He would probably have more openings on the Gulf Coast. Google "oil spill jobs" for lots of info.
The Nashville damage is now in the rebuilding phase which is by building contractors. Most all of the clean-up phase is complete.
