My nieghbor keeps making fun of his wife?

My neighbor (which is also my cousin) has a wife who is overwieght. He keeps making fun of her weight. He looks at her when she is walking and says stuff like " Dont walk so fast or we are gonna have an earthquake"! Should I knock the sh*t outta him now or later?
