Earthquake Questions
My boss has asked me to research the effects of having small earthquakes back to back. Any ideas of what this means or what it ‘could’ mean? Please dont send me links to pages of maps of CA with the earthquakes and their magnitude ect. Ive got all of that info.
Please answer with a link where you found the info.
Thanks so very much!

Popular knowledge in the area is that small quakes release the pressure that accumulates over time on the faults and thus are seen as good things. Better that than allowing the pressure to accumulate and let go in one large quake.
