In an effort to be elected, will there be a tidal wave of ‘Conservative Democrats’ running for office?

They need to call themselves SOMETHING after all and ‘Progressive’ is now as toxic as Obama….
Maybe ‘Coservative progressive’?

That’s only if one is under the false impressions that 1.) these conservative "blue dogs" ever once possessed any "progressive credentials" at any point in their political careers and 2.) that actions and statements issued by an otherwise centrist, corporatist Obama White House ever gave comfort and/or denoted preference to truly progressive causes, which is course utter horse shit.
Back to the drawing board, fellas.

Oh yeah, at least for those that can figure it out. I look for some of them to change parties, and we need to be weary of these and stay on high guard. No matter what they call themselves, their voting and track records will reveal who they really are. Here in Alabama, Paker Griffith just switched over to the Republican Party. So far as I’m concerned, these guys are gonna have to earn their stripes. I’ll be watching all the party switchers like a Hawk, and quickly put out word of their voting records. For the most part, this is simply politicians aligning themselves with in the party where they have a better chance of getting elected/re-elected.
