I was in an earthquake.
I was visiting India 3 years ago.
We didn’t know it was going to happen and when we felt the initial shock sirens came on and the hotel made us go to the ballroom and crouch down.
We hid and prayed.
The hotel was crumbled and wasn’t stayable, we ended up flying home.
It was very scarey and everyone was running around screaming and panicking.
i learned to never take life for granted and to always prepare for the worst.
I haven’t.

Once, I was on vacation and after a hard day with my children at the Zoo, I ran my bath water. Then, I tucked all of my children into their separate rooms in the hotel. I was confident in the protection of my children because all of the doors in the hotel-even the bathroom- had a seal at the bottom.
