How much money has been donated to the US for disaster relief from other countries?

In the wake of the outreach for donations from entities such as Yahoo for Pakistan it made me wonder what other countries have donated during our floods in California, the mid west and during times like Katrina or even during the September 11 attacks?

Heck, you guys never think positive. After Katrina even countries like Sri Lanka offered aid but U.S denied.

Pakistan is a third world country. Most people earn less than $5 a day. 20 million people are affected by this disaster. This does not compare to anything the USA has ever experienced.
Lots of countries offered aid in the wake of 9/11 and hurricane Katrina. A lot of it was turned down, unless it was in the form of specialized equipment or trained personnel.
Heck, even Cuba and Venezuala offered you aid following Hurricane Katrina!

Probably not much – if any at all. The US is not popular with the international community AT ALL, and hasn’t been for quite some time.
The US is a very rich country – it was bad organisation that seemed to stop Katrina aid.
Also the Pakistan floods are a far cry from anything you’ve listed there…
