I want to start a disaster relief program for Haiti. How do I go about doing that?

Ok why are you wanting to spend my money on this.Grants come from taxpayers. So again.America is not the rich country, It once was.Lets care for our own,People.World money needs to be spent. To care for this nation. Not just the U.S..Six months from now Haiti will not even be in the News. Remember the huricane that went through 5 years ago and wiped out thousands of homes.Life was lost then to . Don’t remember it do you. These folks need help.And they will get it.
