How do I get my Charizard to learn seismic toss in pokemon white?

I am currently training a Charizard in pokemon white. As its level increases daily, I reeeally want it to learn seismic toss. I am playing pokemon white version. How can I get my Charizard to learn Seismic toss in white (TM or Move Tutor)???

You have to get it transferred from D/P/Pt or HG/SS, which needs to be transferred from Firered/Leafgreen after teaching it seismic toss from tutor. Quite a complicated system I must say. I suggest sticking to another fighting move like brick break.

Unfortunately, there is no way of teaching seismic toss to Charizard in pokemon White

In White/Black version, I’m pretty sure Seismic Toss isn’t a TM. But, you can check if Charizard learns to move before level 36 by taking a Heart Scale (Obtained by being freindly with a Pokemon and talking to some girl in Driftveil City) to a house in the city with the flying gym in a house with four people in it.
