How can i teach my Blissey Thunder Wave and Seismic Toss?

I want to teach my Blissey Thunder Wave and Seismic Toss.But how?I’m go to the move tutor but all moves she can remember are:Growl,Tail Whip,Refresh,Double Slap,Minimize.Please help me!

Thunder Wave = TM
Seismic Toss = FR/LG/E move tutor.
EDIT: You’re completely wrong Fatefinger, Blissey can only be tutored Seismic Toss, it isn’t an egg move. Also, it can only be tutored on FR, LG or E. Thunder Wave can be taught as a TM on Diamond.

You can’t get blissey to learn seismic toss. That’s an egg move. Thunder wave could be an egg move as well. There is a TM but it takes a lot of battle fronteir points to buy.
