I'm afraid I don't get it. You see a couple glitches on doppler or radar maps and these are evidence of a government conspiracy to control the weather? You've got quite the imagination. There's probably a little confirmation bias going on too, where you disregard the times where you don't see these little blips.

Why not write to your local TV meteorologist and ask him what they are? I'm sure he'll be able to tell you and you won't have to persist in developing this conspiracy plot. Or, he could be in on the conspiracy! Or, you could write a fiction novel with this as the premise. Who knows, someone could buy the movie rights and you'd make millions. You could call it "The Weather Man", and it would star Kevin Costner.

its an idea but the energy involved in such a system would likely preclude it actually occuring. Satellites are limited in the amount of energy available. This is one of the major impediments that the starwars defense plan faced.

You seem to "throw" a lot of things out there. You also appear to have a very active imagination. I am trying to decide if it's willful disregard for the way the world around you works or if you are just trying to think of the most outlandish things possible.

The idea that Big Bad Government has some sort of satellite that would alter weather patterns is preposterous. Firstly because no known science exists that could create such a situation. Nor are there any technical abilities anywhere near that. Secondly, why would the government intentionally worsen a weather event?

One of two things is going on here. Either the Government is conspiring to harm its own citizens or else you are imagining the whole thing. Which do you suppose is more probable? A third option is that you're making the whole thing up. If that's the case then you should direct your creative energy into a narrative and write stories.

EDIT: I think I know you because I recognize your avatar from a previous question having to do with some other Big Bad Government conspiracy. You appear to have a great deal motivating you to show how bad our government is and how active it is in killing off its population.

"The World is not what it appears to be from an average citizens point of view."

If the world isn't what it appears to be to the average citizen it's due to lack of understanding and curiosity. There is nothing more to it.

"The fact that I connect on all these issues is nothing more than a way to help people wake up."

OK, so you are very special. *You* see things others can't. *You* are clued in when no one else sees a connection. *You* have a superhuman ability of perception. Not general perception mind you, just the ability to perceive government conspiracies.

"The World doesn't belong to man and my life doesn't belong to my Government."

At last we agree on some things. Man does not own the world. Your life does not belong to your government. I fail to see how anomaly hunting a healthy expression of these two ideas.

"Freedom of Speech
I may ask what I want, where I want and when I want."

You can indeed, as can I. If you are making extraordinary claims and preposterous assertions you are subjecting yourself to scrutiny. If you continue to make such assertions then you invite nothing more than ridicule.

"Get a life"

I have a life. Unfortunately your silly claims have wasted part of it. I would encourage you to relax a bit and at least try to see the world as a place that isn't filled with persecution and alienation.

"I can show you the screen grabs if you would like of Hurricane Katrina spiking on the infrared"

I looked at your screen grabs. I saw the anomaly you are looking at. Have you considered the possibility that your anomaly is nothing more than a less than perfect radar image? I see glitches on my local weather radar all the time.

Even if this weren't just some glitch what on earth makes you just jump to the conclusion that a secret government weather-altering satellite would be a possible explanation?

I don't know enough about reading weather from an infrared map to be able to dispute the anomalies in question, nor would I really know if the gov't was involved in some conspiracy to kill its citizens.
However it seems like an unlikely scenerio for a number of reasons.
1) The area in question of those weather maps is far larger than it seems possible for a man made device in space to create.
2) Why would the gov't want natural disasters of this scale? Did the polls predict that new orleans could be a deciding vote in the next election? There doesn't seem to be any motivation.
3) Wouldn't a microwave pulse of that magnitude cook a bunch of people, animals and fish? It seems to me that it takes a minute for me to cook a hotdog, but 3 minutes to heat up tea. The microwaves used to heat up that much water would make peoples hotdogs explode in thier hands.
