It has more to do with human activities like destroying nature. Believe me, the government is feeling quite insecure, and therefore it has to resort to such means to keep everything in order. There's always a logical explanation if you look for it. If you continue like this, maybe one day you'll start thinking what if the earth is actually a cube but somebody turned it round... or have you? :) Rest that troubled mind of yours, and enjoy life.
