did i just feel an earthquake?

i live on the east coast of the united states. i was getting ready to sleep at around 5:00 am eastern time (really late) when all of a sudden i felt this tremor in the ground. there was a passive vibrating and i could feel it through my bed. i could have sworn i heard some faint rumbling. the house alarm beeped a few times afterward. what is going on?

DC area just had one a 3.7! I live here and everyone is kinda freaking out a little haha.
