Yes, if the tidal wave is from the Amazon river in Brazil. The Amazon river is full of piranhas wich would eat the rooster. Now I know you are thinking "A river can’t have a tidal wave." Well, do you know that for sure? It could be possible, just as possible as a tidal wave being the size of your pinkey.
