I am a recent college grad looking to get into disaster relief work. I am looking for a job with FEMA, Red Cross, etc. The problem is they don't really seem to have to many entry level type of positions. Any ideas on who to talk to, or where to go to get more experience for these types of jobs?
I purchased some California brand Earthquake flavored potato chips from a rest stop vending machine. I had never heard of them before but I tried them AND LOVED THEM! Since the rest stop was during a vacation trip, I can't go back to where I found them. I looked for retailers on the internet but turned up nothing. Please let me know if you can help, thanks!

If you live in an area that doesn't normally have earthquakes and one happens, wouldn't that be covered under natural disasters? How would you know to get quake insurance if it never happens? Althrough knowing one is likely now, I bet many will be. What if the past earth quake caused damage, would it be covered under natural disasters?

I heard from the newspaper that a giant earthquake is gonna hit Southern California hard on thursday.
But I’ve seen that there’s a huge Southern California earthquake prepareness drill on the same day.
I don’t know which one is correct.
I’d really want to know about it.
In addition, I’ve seen snakes crawling around on the ground everywhere.
I wonder what or when is it gonna happen.
I know earthquakes occur all the time but, does anybody have an idea why they occur more during morningtime?. Or, why do they also occur almost in the same time of the year?. For example: A mayor earthquake usually occurs around september and during the morning in the eastern pacific sea. I'm talking about the sismic zone that surrounds the Coccos tectonic plate next to southern Mexico. Could this be because of gravity or related?
